Everett Selects was founded in 2025 with a simple goal: create a high-quality spring hockey experience that gives local players more opportunities to develop, compete and play together.

Building the Program
Everett Selects expanded to 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016/2017 teams and grew the development schedule to 20 practices, along with additional specialized development.
NEXT
Develop Locally
Continue building a spring environment where players can develop their skills, hockey IQ, confidence and friendships while competing throughout the Pacific Northwest and British Columbia.
OUR APPROACH
Purposeful development. Real hockey experiences.
In our second season, we expanded the development schedule and added multiple power-skating clinics led by Mike Field of the Everett Silvertips. Dedicated goalie development with Greg LaChapelle gives goaltenders specialized instruction in addition to regular team practices.
Selects teams compete in tournaments throughout Washington and British Columbia, play additional exhibition games, and take part in team events designed to build friendships and chemistry away from the rink.
Everett Selects supports competitive players across a range of levels, including AAA, AA, A and developing players ready for the next challenge. Our goal is to help players build the skills, confidence and habits they need to achieve their goals and make the rep team they’re working toward. Teams are built around player fit, development needs and appropriate competition—not simply a label.
Our goal is for players to leave the spring more skilled, more confident and better prepared for their next season — while genuinely enjoying the experience of being part of Everett Selects.
